1983zx R200 I’ve had the car about 3 years, just sits in my shop - haven’t driven it since about the time I drove it home. Was under the car today and noticed a “hole” in the bottom of the transmission housing. Nothing is dripping from it though I tried to check my fluid level and for the life of me could not break the fill hole (square bolt where check the level).

I assume this hole is not supposed to be there. How would I fix it? Can I weld that spot in? How would you fix it?
