just thought I would make an album to show off my love for my Z's.
The first one I owned was a 1984 NA slicktop, i just had to have it, the front end of the motor was taken apart, to do the waterpump, timing belt and to fix a nasty coolant leak, it was also a flinstone car, the rust was so bad on the floors/rockers. This was my first project car and i put so much effort into it, it got all new shocks, brake pads, brake rotors, and brake calipers, new bushings, wheel bearings, new dash board, aftermarket stereo and speakers. i eventually sold it the day it got safetied, i found another 1984 zx, this time it was the 50th ae!!! it was everything i wanted, turbo, t tops, the body kit, this one has new paint as of 2010, with body rust repair(thank god!). the only thing wrong with this one is the floors are once again rotted out, with my experience with my NA zx and welding in new metal, I will be fixing this next summer, and it has a high idling problem, it will idle at 1200... sadly, im guessing a vacuum leak or 02 sensor or something??
