Spring 09 D N I Shootout
The 2009 DNI Shootout will be at Silver Dollar Raceway, in Reynolds, GA again.
By popular request, this year's event will be held on a SATURDAY - May 23rd, 2009.
We'll still be meeting up at a local hotel on Friday night for our social gathering and dinner get-together.
More details will be posted at The DNI Shootout Website as they become available.
We hope to have a HUGE turnout this time.

My anniversary is on the 24th of May. I am trying my damnest to talk my wife into letting me go.
I did see Warren today, my dad and I checked out his car. I am telling you, that thing is sweet. I am also trying to get my friend to buy a 350z, so he can come down too.
I will let you guys know if I am going to make it. We can have a Zdriver shootout!!

Sorry, we're not doing brackets this time as it's not a private track rental this time... HOWEVER, you're more than welcome to pick your opponent and go at it. Also, next year, we're probably gonna do a private track rental again and run some sort of brackets. We seem to be getting quite a few requests for it. You can still have fun this year too though, so don't let the lack of brackets keep you away.
Also, thanks for the kind words User395. It was MY pleasure to have ya'll over. Sorry the weather was so crappy or we could have taken it out for a spin, (or two or three). It WOULD be nice to have more ZX's show up at the DNI Shootout. I think the most we've ever had there were 3 at the same time...that's just a shame.

no prob, im probly not gonna run my car any ways unless some other peps show up with NA 2+2's (and i know of one person who is)
17 secs is a long as time to be running down the strip lol
also warren, how far is the hotel(s) from the track?
(EDIT) if its close ill pop off my bumpers and give those stock 280z's a run for their money

Hotel is at I-75, exit 149...1st exit south of I-475... Click for map
The track is about 22 miles from there. (See Reynolds on the map (intersection of 96 & 128))
Run your car the way it is...nobody cares if it takes 17 seconds...you will still probably be able to beat somebody there.
