You don't say whether you are replacing your existing turbo or going for an upgrade on your n/a. Given the kind of work involved, have you considered getting your exg turbo rebuilt? You'll get 'like new' performance for less bucks that way. Rebuilds are not that complicated.

 

I am replacing a existing turbo. It went bad from the car sitting.I was told having it rebuilt would take a lot of time and I would have to send it off to someone.

I'd like to be able to use my car in the next few weeks.

I'm in Cleveland so if anyone knows of anywhere in the area that I could have my existing one rebuilt in a reasonable amount of time let me know.

There must be others too. Maybe they will pick up and deliver...

 

I'll check them out however the person working on my car quoted me a price to get it rebuilt that was much less. I'll have to ask him to give me more details.

 

Cool. And a warranty?

 

Im not sure if it comes with a warranty. ill ask my mechanic when he gets home from vacation.
