Hey everybody, I recently got a front bumper off a '81 280zx. And the passenger side turn signal lense is busted. If any of you have one in great shape. Let me know here, or PM me, and thanks.

 

So nobody has an extra one to sell? I only need one, I don't think the ones out of my '82 front bumper will work. And I have been checking e-bay peridically to no avail.

 

how much is it worth to you? i got spare both of them because i shaved the front of my MSA dam....tell you what....if you donate 20 to the website ill send em out free to your door, sounds good? lemme find em first tho

 

So you are saying both turn signals for the front bumper, if I join the members club, paying the $20? That sounds like a good deal. And I really did want to join, just short on cash right now. Does the turn signal from an 83 work with the older bumpers? I might have one I can spare.

 

No unfortunately they don't. The '79-'81, and the '82-'83 were different. The early ones were longer, and the later ones were shorter. As you can see in my signature pic. Thanks anyway man, appreciate it. Keep a lookout if you could, and thanks for the replies guys.

 

i took the front turning signal lenses off of my 79 parts car before i got rid of it because mine were cracked on my 82.....unfortunatly i didnt realize they were differnet sizes....ill just send you both if u want them.....let me know

Well it sure seems to be a PITA to find these turn signal lenses. Oh well patience is a virtue. I will keep looking, and hopefully I will find some. Or somebody else, will hook me up. Just want to keep this wanted thread alive.

 

hey wildman guess what! I have the turn signals. wich one do you want, or do you want both? I will let them go for 15$ even though they cost me $20. its about my respect for you the hard working man.

Okay I just won the turn signal lenses on e-bay today. So I am good to go, and going by the pics, they look like the '79-'81 lenses. Thanks for everybody's help.

 

Well they were the right ones after all. Thanks guys for all the replies. I will be installing them this weekend.
