FYI you can also use any of the 1982 ECU's in your car but nothing before 1882. Here is a list of part numbers. You can use the auto transmission ECU's from 1983 also. The ECU does not know if you have a manual or auto transmission. The fuel trim is just a little different between the Auto and Manual. Ignition timing is not affected as it is NOT controlled by the ECU.
