Looking for an analog 1983 280zx dash harness

As it says, I recently took out my digital cluster, and found out the wiring will not work, with the analog gauges. Sigh, so anyway I need a 1983 280zx n/a dash wiring harness. Preferabley that year, but '82 should work fine. I don't want anything older than '82. And thanks for your help, and if you have info, or whatever. PM or me email at atranfanatic@yahoo.com. Or post here, and I appreciate any help on this.

Right on man, that would be sweet. As long as the '82 is a GL model, it will work fine, I am sure. The '81 is a little different, a few less options. I just wanted to keep what I need to have. So a '82 or '83 GL dash harness will work fine. Let me know when you get it off, not cutting, that would be appreciated. And how much you want with shipping. Here is my zipcode to get you started on that. 85207 And thanks again bro' you rock!

Oh one more thing to be sure of, the '82 is a n/a right? I think it is, just want to make sure. A turbo harness would not work right now. Not till later on anyway lol Just making sure, and thanks again.

Also I need the water temp sensor, if you have it. NismoPick said I need to change that also. Thanks.

The GL stands for grand luxury. The options were, power mirrors, power windows, cruise control, power antennae, check light. Well you get the idea, I am sure. No the only difference between the coupe and 2 + 2 was the doors, and back to the rear of the car. The front part is pretty much the same, minus the GL, and stripped models. Hopefully this helps you understand it more. And thanks again for the hookup bro'.

If I may ask: How did you end up breaking the tach? Sorry to hear that though. Anyway I have a 130 speedo cluster from a '79 going in my '83. he he

Sure you can remove the gauges. I have taken them out many times. Just remove the screws and such. If you need help, ask me, I will guide you through it. Oh also a pair of needlenose pliers, and a philips screwdriver, are pretty much all you need.
