If any of you are like me, you already know what people are getting you for Christmas. I am bored and curious to see what others are getting. So far I have an exhaust coming for my IS300 from my girlfriend and probably a Seibon TS Carbon Fiber vented hood from my parents.

 

Damn, I wanted a Seibon TS CF hood. I was actually a click away from ordering one today, but now it'll look like I'm a Mikey wannabe.

 

I wonder if you can attach the Stillen cowl to that hood... hmmm...

BTW, those Seibon hoods won't fit over some plenums (APS and Crawford).

Yeah for some reason I'm not getting jack**** for christmas. Actually my wife got me some cologne or somethin and then something else in a small box and that's about it. I've got about $500 bucks at the moment after buying christmas gifts and I was going to get a XBOX360 (my b-day is on wednesday). Anyone know of anybody who wants to sell their 360 or know where I can get one?

 

I asked walmart about their next shipment of 360's. After they stopped laughing they said Feburary.

 

They are going for like $1500 on Ebay.

 

Yeah damn Ebayers.......What pisses me off is that almost everyone is saying something to that effect....no 360s until next year. Microsoft is saying they'll be doing weekly releases all the way up past Christmas but no one knows how many units. I talked to one of the guys I work with and he had went to the Centennial and Tropical Wal-mart on the release day and walked in and picked up one at midnight....said they had about 10 left and no one was buying anymore. Funny thing is that I was there at 9 o'clock and the b**** at the counter said that they had sold them already to the people that were in line and they only had 18 to begin with. She told me to go somewhere else cuz I wasn't getting one there. So I'm guessing a lot of people are just lying so they don't have to deal with a lot of customers coming into the store and standing around waiting?! Needless to say I was really really mad when I heard that he had got one after I was there 3 hours earlier.

 

They are going on sale in Europe this week - just fly over and buy one.

 

I think the whole power application might be a problem for me since they do 220V/50Hz and we do 110V/60Hz.......

 

All I really want is an Epson 2400 wide format printer and a decent air compressor...


... both of which I'll probably end up buying for myself. I'm impatient.

 

So I ordered a Seibon TS hood anyways. I'll make it fit.

Cancelled it. They wanted $180 for shipping and I got quoted $650 to paint it. That's just more than I want to spend on it. Oh well.
