got a noobie question....
Can you put 18" tires on the 7-spoke aluminums that come on the coupe? I'm assuming...no....but then again, I dont know a thing about cars heh |
Quote:
To answer your question...18" tires will not fit on your wheels. |
both...didnt realize they were race only tires :) .... I need a frikin lesson in car parts and their application hehe
Are 19 inch tires too big? Cuz that might look sweet |

yea, thats sweet....
19 inch tires gotta be expensive, not to mention the wheel.....whats a rough estimate of the top of your head for a decent set? |
Around $3200ish brand new. Search in the Private Classifieds section of My350Z.com if you want to pick up some used ones for cheaper. I just sold those wheels and tires in the pic for $2000.
heh, maybe Ill go for 18's....hehe....
I dont really wanna go back to whoring myself out on the Strip AGAIN hahaha |
hahaha wise choice. Herpes cost more than wheels/tires anyways.
whats the difference between rims and wheels?
Wheels and rims are the same thing. Tires are different. If you say tires, people are just going to think of the rubber part without the wheel. If you say wheels or rims than its the opposite.
k, thats what I thought.....Rims and wheels being the same that is....but this comment threw me off
Nope 19" wheels and tires work perfectly. VegasSpeedster has 20" rims on his car. Here is my car with 19s..... thought maybe there was a difference of rims or wheels.... |
Nope no difference.
thanks for the my350z link....they have that cool spot that shows all kinds of rims and what they look like on the car....very helpful....
That whole website is a wealth of knowledge. You can get any question answered there.

That works too. But all of my knowledge came from that site.
