I have been at ShoWest at Bally's/Paris all week and today at the luncheon I happen to stumble upon a booth setup for the upcoming Fast & Furious 3: Tokoyo Drift. They had one car on display at the booth and guess what it was... a 350Z TT. This Z has an APS TT setup. I took a few pictures of it.









I happen to catch them driving the 350Z off the floor which I got a video of it. I haven't uploaded yet but I will post it in the near future. Here are a few other pictures from ShoWest.

Here comes my rants:

1) These stupid Hollywood-types are soooooo stupid. 350ZX?!! Get your facts straight before you debut your vehicle for the movie. Also, I've always hated Veilside. They overdo EVERYTHING. It's just ugly. Even the wheels. And the "paint job".

2) Once this movie comes out, I'll be the first one to trade in my car for something else. I'll sell it to some dumb kid who just saw the movie and wants a 350Z.

3) I more or less enjoyed the FF series not because of the plot or character developments, but just to see what kind of cars they had. I have realized I'm a stupid head.

4) Anyone wants to buy my Z?

That Z is pretty bad, but there is no kit more FnF than the Veilside V3 kit. Nice pics though.

I know its a lame movie series and all. but that Z is just plain gross..

And the car was not in the best of condition either. You would think for having it on the floor to show it would be cleaned up but there were scratches and the paint job up close was poor. Also the rims were scratched up really bad. Here is the video of the car being taken away.

This explains why there are scratches to that particular Z. It also seems like the villain's car is that of the one Z35th posted.

 

Hmmmm....at least it looks like the new FnF will at least have some good stunt driving and no more of that CG car crap.........yeah i said it......I might check it out...maybe....
