shock suggestions needed

I'm considering finally getting rid of my OEM shocks and want something that will work well with my RSR TI2000 springs. They are about .6" lower than stock. Should I just save my money and get a nice set of coilovers? I like these springs and don't want to go any lower, at least not much. Any suggestions welcome.

I say sell the springs and get a set of adjustable coilovers. You can be at any height you want.

I agree with Ty, but if you want to just get replacement shocks then Koni Yellow Adjustables are the way to go. You can get them at www.tirerack.com

yeah, i'll think about it. would the koni's be easier/harder to adjust than the JIC or similar (without the EDFC). also, is the adjustment just for height, or is the stiffness directly related to the height?

The adjustment is just for dampening, but I think the Koni Yellows are able to drop your car another .5" using different perches on the strut. The adjustment ***** are on the top of the strut. That means the front ones can be accessed through the engine bay and the rears either have to be take out to adjust or you can punch a hole in your rear strut tower brace. The only thing that coilovers have over the shock/spring stuff is the adjustable ride height and ability to tune your suspension so that you have equal weight on all 4 corners.
