Because:-

1.You can not mod it over 450rwhp(internal weak).

2. Low TQ.

3. Its too heavy.

4. Performance parts are expensive.

5. Head,shoulder,legs rooms too small.

6. Now day too many people have them. It cost you alot of money to make yours to be an unique.

That's why i sold it and plan to buy a GTR or something can keep up my mustang. The longer i keep it the more money i losing........

Fair enough . The 350Z was not meant to, and is tought to make, a drag car. Let us know what you end up with!

Most likely might be a GTR or Porsche 911 Turbo or GT3. I have to wait till GTR come out then i will make decision which one is better!

funny that you sold it mostly because of cost of modification, but you are looking at cars that can be smoked with a 350z that has $20k put into it. The other cars you mentioned are double if not triple the cost?

About 3 months ago I smoked a 911T w/ dealer plates still on on the 95

If i buy either one of these(GTR,911TT or GT3), i don't want to do any mod to make it super fast because i'm going to have 1,000+rwhp on my cobra. It's point less to spend more money to make another one fast too.

If you compare how cheap to get more hp bang for a buck. I already did it. It's 2000GT. I spend around $2,500 - $3,000 on mods. It ran 12.43sec in 1/4 mile and 1.60sec 60' time. It lift up the front wheel on driver side in Las Vegas and i spay only 75shot and NO POWER SHIFT!. I still have Time slip, picture and video if you want to see. I belive if i spay 150 shot i would run in hi 11' for sure.

I drove it as daily driver for over 3 years every days on pump gas(91 octane). In over 3years i had only 2 problems, they were one O2 sensor gone bad and blow a spark plug. Oh! one more i had to keep fill up the nitrous bottle.

I strongly belive anyone can't do it in hi 11sec car for $25,000 total cost(a new car + mods).

This's call "BANG FOR A BUCK!"

I see where your goin, and its a great choice in my opinion. But getting just bang for the buck vs. getting bang for the buck w/ styling included, the Z tops them all in my opinion. I know it in the eyes of the beholder, one of the main reasons I bought the Z was looks and affordability If you do get the 911T, I WANT A RIDE!
