Everybody check back records of times and post them. I know for a fact I shouldn't be #1 on the 1/4 mile list .

I need to look at my time slip, but I think it will be better to wait for this evening because I am going for a 12.7 tonight. I "think" my mph was 114.

Its hotter now though so don't get too pissed if you are still at 12.9 or even slower. Turbo cars are very picky when it comes to temp. You should only get pissed if I beat you lol .

What are you putting to the wheels on low boost again? If you are in the mid 3s then yeah I would say low to mid 13s. I ran a 14.1 in the heavy Chevelle with only 273whp. But I had 3.73 gears to your 3.5 gears and slicks.

Yeah, puttin down 360. I get off of the line good but then I lose traction and spin a little after the boost comes all the way up. the wheels for my drag Nittos will be here tomorrow, oh well.

Waaaaay too agressive for daily driving. I'm going to need some time to get used to it. Should be good for the drag strip though. I have no idea how it'll act on a road course.

LOL, does it just shift really hard? Thats not adjustable? I know on the Chevelle the tranny shift agressiveness is adjustable, and thats old school technology.

You can now enter your time against everybody on ZDriver.com's times! Look up at the main menu bar and click ZSlips! Pretty cool. I will still keep this one update though too.

Compression test came back great on all cylinders. Must just be a traction issue. Guess I have to start doing burnouts.

That is very wierd Ty. You must REALLY be lacking in the traction area to run those times with your HP numbers and VB upgrade. I think you should at least be down where Rob is. Maybe a little slower since you are heavier.

Its official, my dirving skills and car setup are terrible for drag racing ....

13.404 @ 111.41 mph

I actually had slower 60' and 1/8 mile times than when I was N/A lol. Traction owns me.

ran the Z for the first time tonight at midnight mayhem. First run was a beautiful 21 second run. Got my nice size 13 shoe caught under the gas pedal at the launch and proceeded to stall out. Guy in that cobalt is probably goin around saying he destroyed a Z next three runs were a 16.07 against a civic KILLED HIM. 3rd run against a guy in his new G35. I ran a 15.87 and he ran 16.5. Next run against the same G, He gets me with a 15.48 and i had a 15.56. Not to bad for my first time on the strip with a totally stock Z. Guy with the G35 was really cool. Told him he should come down on wednesday night for streetwarz when some of the 350Z/G35 guys come down and play.

^^^Not bad for a first timer! Those 19s are slowing you down though . If you still have the stock 17s or 18s I would throw those on next time instead.
