Mmmm hmmmm. Looking good, but still not a $70k + car IMO. Apparently it will be an AWD TT V6 with 4-wheel steering.

I have heard that its going to be 450hp / 370tq, and $70k+

No thanks, I'll take a ZO6 instead.

the main key component about this car is, yes stock boost it will only have 450hp, with forged internals, I dont' see why it won't be as easy as turning up the boost and putting down 600+ to all 4 wheels wheels. I see this being a "Super Tuner" Machine!

Exactly. AWD with twins is a dream, and who knows what the numbers really are going to be yet?

Na, no chevy for me i'd take either the supercharged saleen or the supercharged gt500. Both around 500hp, and there fords.

The ZO6 has much more than just 500hp. CF body panels, better suspension geometry, etc. I bet stock for stock, the new Z06 would have an easy 5 seconds on a GT500 Mustang.

Comparable to the new GTR's speculated price, which is the point of me bringing it up in the first place.

so in the 70 range. You can get the saleen, highest performance, 550 hp or so. For around 55 thou. Plus i like ford better. But carbon fiber is tempting...

Well, for $55k I would rather have a twin turbo built motor 350Z that pushes 550+ at the wheels and a full aftermarket suspension, but we are talking about factory cars at a comparable price to the new GTR.

X1000 - a highly modded 70K 350Z would out perform circles around any of the cars in discussion (compared to the stock $70k pricetag.

sometimes...its not always about performance per dollar....but the potential and style and the different factor (along with name brand aka GTR) that you pay extra for...
