install springs

Can you guys refer me to a shop in the valley that installs springs for a good price?
I've installed my own before but would rather fork out some cash to get it done.
Thanks in advance!

I think that most of us do them ourselves. I think that Acme 2 did an install for Omar a while back for like $100. Give them a call if they are still open.

Personally, I would never trust any shop in Vegas to touch my car. I have had way too many bad experiences. Most of us on here have done it ourselves on our own, or other peoples cars so you can organize a tech session if you want. I am sure some other people need stuff done as well.

I would really appreciate it if someone could set up a tech day to help me install my springs/sways as well.

there might be a Nav to DVD mod day here in the upcoming week.

I'll be converting someone's Navigation to display normal DVDs using a PS2 slim.

might be available for some springs install.

I'm all teched out. I do need to work on my car this weekend though. Front springs are kind of a PITA as is the front sway.

Do you really need a stiffer front sway? It's probably only going to increase your understeer. I run the stock front sway with a stiffer rear sway. Mike thinks that I still have way too much understeer.

I just found out that acme 2 is my old high school classmate's shop!
Yes, I can install my own springs but a buck and change is worth paying to avoid the hassle. (war stories with spring compressor)
looks to be a solid install.. I made sure of it while mounting my wheels..
thanks for mentioning acme 2 roneski.. everyone else was charging $300+ (i would never pay someone $300 to install springs...but < $150 is doable)

well heres the pics of the outcome..
no performance mods yet... only had her for 6 days

thanks again for the heads up

The Z looks great man! I am glad you had a good experience. I have never even heard of Acme 2. I am lovin those wheels. Oh, and for what its worth, there is no need for spring compressors on the Z.
