He put it up for sale and I jumped on it.....He says it's starting to get a yellow tint to it but I'm going to eventually either paint it or get it clear coated orange.

Cripes, that looks sweet! What did your wife say about spending another $100? I'm sure you convinced her it's a helluva bargain.

And that actually is supposed to be a fairly functional hood as far as cooling goes. Damn, now I'm wanting the Seibon again.

you must weigh the want vs. need factor, ty. for example, after you get that stillen sc, you will need a new hood. right now, you want one. does your engine get hot?

It actually did overheat a little out at SMMR in the summer. Nothing bad, but now that the track is longer I think that it'll get worse.

I don't think that I am going to get the Stillen anymore. My new plan is to pay off my car, but a truck pay it off quick and then look at getting a GT-R in '08. There is a new article that has the pricing down around $65k.

Got the hood today and it's in good condition. There is a small mark on the very back of the hood (near the passenger windshield side) where the clear coat came off. Other than that, it's now installed and it looks great! Picked up some other stuff while I was down there (couldn't resist). Jason@performance really hooked me up with some good deals while I was there so I got quite a bit and didn't spend a lot of money. Ended up walking out with a JWT Popcharger, S2000 Short Antenna, Fairlady Emblem, Z liscence plate bracket, a Z model and some other micellaneous stuff for less than $180.00. I gotta wash the car in the morning and then I'll install the popcharger and take some pics. Thanks to Jason for all the cool stuff!!!

Okay so I finally got the time to a couple of pictures. The Popcharger install was a b!tch but she's in there now and works like a charm! Mike, I got a liscence plate bracket for the back. Instead of it saying United Nissan it now says NISMO . Here are the pics...

Man that looks good. Honestly I didn't think I was going to like that hood, but I really do on your car. Sorry I confused license plate bracket for license plate frame. Thats what we call those out here in Summerlin.

P.S. - Send those pictures to 350znv@gmail.com so I can use them for the website.

Hey Mike, that Greddy strut bar with blue mounts sure would go nice
with that blue popcharger.Hell I'am not getting any hits on it.
So what about $50.00?

Hey Kenney, is that strut bar stiffer than the OEM. I have read before that a lot of the aftermarket strut bars aren't as stiff as the OEM one. If it is, I will take it from you for $50. I will do some research on My350Z.com and get back to you on that.

I don't think it's as stiff since it looks kinda generic (not specifically made/design to target vehicle's physics).
