Bought A New House!!!

I bought a new house over the weekend! Its in Alliante (far as hell) right off of the 215 and Aliante Parkway. Its behind the exploration park in a neighborhood called Autumn Ridge. It's a Pardee home and its really sick...and everybody is invited to the house warming party. It should be done in July 2006.

This is my model and elevation except I have a 3rd car garage where that window is on the right, and of course no trees in the driveway...

Hahaha thats the power of real estate. Actually I wont really be coming out of pocket very much. I will be putting about 60% down using just the equity on the house I am now! Gotta love real estate.

Wow, that's a pretty good price, especially for Pardee. Now to buy all those damn options - or is it a spec house?

nice house.. Im jealous.

We dont usually live in a city long enough to make it worth it to buy... once we figure out where we want to live for good, then we will buy

Thanks guys!

Rob - I still have to buy the options

pope - Trust me when I say its worth it to buy in Vegas. No matter how long you live here, you will make money on the house.

Hahaha. You didn't find it for me Sam. Actually I was with my mom and girlfriend when I found it and we are all licensed real estate agents so you were 4th in line lol. I signed myself up as my own agent btw so I get all of the commission lol.

Did Kellie get her license yet. I know that she passed the test awhile back. Half of 533k would pay for some FI for me

Yeah she got it. What builder do you know that pays 50% commission!?!?!? You don't get half Sam, you are lucky if you get 3%. And most new home builders just pay a flat fee. Actually one of the deciding factors between this house and an Astoria home was the commission. Astoria only pays Realtors $500 commission while Pardee is giving $12,000 in my neighborhood.
