Baseline dyno on the EVO!!!

I got the evo re-flashed and dyno tuned today and was quite impressed with the results! I told them that I didn't want a peak power tune, but a nice broad powerband tune that is safe enough to beat the crap of at the track on pump gas. I got exactly that and still ended up with 294.26whp and 278.99wtq! So far all I have done to the car is a downpipe, test pipe, cat back exhaust, intake, and boost controller set at 21psi (stock is 18psi). I am supposed to get all of the dyno graphs via email tonight so when I do, I will post the before and after charts of the tune.

Yeah, I got the tires the day after the last PDS, the problem is I am still waiting on the wheels. They are supposed to arrive any day now, but if for some reason they didn't make it on this boat from Japan, then I will be waiting another month .

Nice! Everytime I hear of your Evo it makes me want to get a Sti (or evo). So easy and cheap to mod.

yeah, it doesn't take much to get some good power. Of course, that engine has been out forever so the aftermarket for it is well developed.

Nice numbers, Mike. Did you happen to do any pulls before the mods?
