I suggest that we get there as close to 7:00pm as possible since they are closing the gates after 150 cars. This is also the day after my 22nd b-day so I am counting it as my celibration with my car buddies as well . Pre-Event meet up info is below. I strongly suggest going to this. At the last one, people got in 20+ runs .

ill probably be there, my car is up and running good again. Im going to put my exhaust back on, the stock one is too quiet, and fill my **** with 100+ octane and run the beast. O, ya i gotta fix one of the boost wires, and it will be cool.

Man, this sucks. I was looking forward to going, but something happened at work and I can't take off for Poppas. I don't know if you all are going to be there after 2300.

 

Ran a 14.73 with a trap of 96.37, bone stock. Watch out! Haha! Prolly will be able to hang with you Z guys once I put on my plenum spacer, intake, and cats. And I lose 50 lbs off of my gut...

 

Damn Brian! Thats an awesome time for a bone stock 2005 G35! My best time was a 14.414 and my best MPH was 99.07. The track was prepped really well last night. I didn't spin my tires half as much as I did last time. I can't wait until next time when I have my engine dampener and pulley on. Saddly, I don't think I could have done much better than what I did. Maybe with a perfect launch and a perfect 1-2 shift I could of had a 14.2 or 14.3. I have switched the goal of my drag racing to get past 100 mph instead of to get in the 13s. I just don't see 13s happening with my car.

 

No 13s with out FI! I think I'll set the goal to be 100MPH too. Since I can hit 95MPH in 3rd. Hahaha! Just gotta get the top end breathing better...

My best run of the night was 13.9. I was getting horrible traction. I need to learn how to launch this car better at the track. My trap speed was 106.54. I was getting 2.5 60 foots all night.

 

Yeah I saw you spin off the line for your last run. You also missed a gear and took a passenger with you.

 

that was my friend driving. he is such an idiot. i was so pissed, that he grinded my gears. o well, the clutch and flywheel are getting installed next week.
