Hey folks,

I just got word that Cheeseburger in Paradise on Haywood Road is closed. So, we will NOT be meeting there on March 11.

I wanted to get the word out ASAP so folks would have more time to get the message and know to keep checking back until a location is determined.

 

Maybe this is an OMEN???

And, Proud to say I'm still inthe loop (to a degree)

If it's got a room so we can separate ourselves, I would support the LONGHORN. it would be quite fittin to celebrate & welcome home our comrade, Bryan from over the Sea with a "celibatory" Steak

Longhorn is out! Melanie and I went and spoke to the general manager and she said they cannot accept large groups. I am working on another location right now and any suggestions will be accepted.

When my pal Josh woke up this morning the first thing we did (ok the second or maybe 3rd or 4th, WHATEVER) did was discuss a new meeting place for our wonderful club. We came up with two. Hooters on the corner of Haywood and Laurens. We could park way up at the top of the parking lot and get much exposer, like those biker boys do. Number two would be Ryan's on Laurens, they have a meeting room. Granted not the greatest place but on a Tuesday we may get some cars in the spots close to the road. Besides my Zharmony match loves Gummi Bears and sprinkles on his cone. Ok guys what do you think? Just some ideas, and at last look neither place is out of business...

b) you stayed too late at Hooters, had alittle too many hamburgers, and you don't know or can't tell (unable to determine) who or what you may be SLEEPING with.

I'm leaning towards Ryans. Jim is right, not the greatest place but the food is right there and you pay as you come in so no waiting on bills. It is also right on the motor mile for exposure! And to top off all of that they have gummi bears! I say lets give it a try!

 

Why yall got my support (for what it's worth lately) Just so long as we got the room. I mean the back room; ie, partitioned off, CAuse you know how we can get when we want to celebrate.

Remember NO BEER, but steak it is! Good job Melanie!

PS, Yore welcome powerhungry, Just a token for all you do for our club (an for me too, an all my cuzins, in-laws an out-laws alike) Hope you was jus kidding around bout April (i know you wuz ... ahhh, and as I think back in time, she was such a purty girl)

 

Now, I don't mean to be presumptious, I am not an officer and I can't decide. I just mean I know CuZ and the other half (i.e. the committee) do a good job and if its decided already, I'm gonna see yall at Ryan's next meetin, ...and If'n its not Ryans (I mean if yall should find a gooder place) jus let me know cause I'm still inthe club!

 

So where will be going?

and has anyone thought about Chiefs Wings & Fire-water on congree, or that new steak house where Roadhouse Grill use to be on Haywood. Also maybe Bufflows on Haywood or even TGI Fridays. Just to think of a few. Let me know if i need to do anything as far as contacts or what not i'll try and help out where i can.
