what can i do?
Be safe...mine does the same and I have nearly my full suspension upgraded. you just have to know when it's safe to romp on it and also, learning to control the car and getting to know it comes with time.
Sounds like it's time to upgrade the suspension.
It sounds like the rear subframe bushings are on their way out. That's probably that vague, 'walk' feeling that your experiencing. You could either get some oem replacements, polyurethane, or a combo of those with the spacers. The subframe spacers omit the freeplay that bushings cause between the body and the rear subframe.
The bushings can be had at Courtesy Nissan, or our sponor there Nismo.us. The spacers are available at splparts.com and specialtyZ.com.

By the way I give out advice you'd think that I have a TT done to the max. Dragstrips and autocross courses fear the very sight of me right?
LOL I wish!!
Actually I just have a plain old red Z32 N/A 2+2. Only mods I have on it is a K&N filter, Suspension Techniques sway bar set, and a custom exhaust with Matrix mufflers on it. That's it. Pretty disappointing huh?
LOL
That's ok though. Like everyone else I've 'got BIG plans' for it.
One step at a time, it'll become what I want. Eventually anyway. It's not that impressive at the moment, got some dents and the rear bumper's losing its paint. So I definitely have some work ahead of me.

Not too big of a let down. You seem to be the kind of guy that needs a project. In a few years (and a few more dollars, I suppose), I could see that plain ol' red NA 2+2 as a TT 2+2 "done to the max and dragstrips and autocrosses fear the very sight of you. Ok so maybe that's a little dramatic, but good luck with your "project."
