How do I adjust the bands in my transmission?

 

There is a second brake band that is adjustable from underneath when you drop the trans pan on early to mid 80's auto's refer to the manual of course .

the other holding fixtures are clutches adjusted on overhaul ,as almost all trans Today have lost the adjustable band style.

I have almost never seen one that needed much adjust on nissan unless the trans was cooked anyway though.
