Mystery Tube??? what does it go to???

So there is a little black hose with blue writing I found just hanging near the battery and I can't figure out what it is supposed to attach to. Any advice is appreciated.*

It is attached to to back edge of the engine bay and runs all the way across to the driver side to...

Looks like the tube runs to the gray box in the bottom right of the last picture. Im not sure what the box is either.*

Boost sensor for the dash. Does your factory boost gauge work?

It was the AIV dug around and found the T it goes on. Looked at the exhaust and all the AIV stuff is connected so I don't think the guy who owned it did the delete... Must have just popped off. The car has an ecu so from what I've read it doesn't use the AIV anyway? Thanks for the reply.
