ok here the deal neal gave me some sites whiched helped a lot but i've been noticing people starting to use this engine called the L-28 if anyone knows anything about it or where i can find information about it please let me know im really intrested and if prices are good probably going to purchase one and ill let you know the out come i appriciate the help..

ok so now that we have confirmed that it is a 280zx engine would it be worth it and can it be done? i've heard they can easily reach 600+ hp well throw me some ideas...

i would but from what i have seen on the net the L-28T cost less than a 300zxtt used but i dont know ill find out but thanx i appriciate the help

ok heres the deal its cheaper and yes a 300zx engine will fit into the 280zx but it wont work the other way around the L-28 is an inline v6 and there is also a v8 version as well the L-28 is a little larger than an engine for a truck so in order for it to fit into the 3z i would have to remove some of the fire wall and bring the dash in some so... i think i might just rebuild my engine or i dont know ill come up with something but thanx for the info guys it was really helpful
