Dude they really don't make all that much to make that NA faster as far as bolt ons go. You can try a different Overhead cam or Polishing the heads. Air intake and exhaust. After that you are just looking at NOS, Fiber glass, and On Star. Anything to make the car lighter. Thumper is running a e-ram air 1.5 pound boost on his na. but for the price .......I did see one site that had a asian dude with a Z32 engine in a Z31 but hell if you have that kind of cash just buy a Turbo in either body style. If you don't sell you NA and mod the hell out of a VW bug J/K ....ShogunZ

Cold air intake and exhaust are about the extent you can put on a NA before having to modify the engine. Its cheaper to buy a turbo than to turn yours into a turbo. I don't know about those jet chips, but I can tell you that you will have more fun drivng a turbo >:-}
