Day one of college fall semester is over! Who else is doing this stupid college thang?

 

haha. sucka, i start monday NEXT week. IN YO FACE! lol. and shouldnt you be done with coolege being like, 26 or w/e you are.

 

Unlike you, I don't suck offa my parents for everything... I now go to school full time, yet still have to work full time.

 

i dont either, i get loaned by parents and given by grandparents.... only so much though, plus i earned a scholarship work part time and have a large student loan to pay off in 3 years

 

You only pay off student "deferment" loans AFTER you graduate or stop taking classes... unless you didn't do any research & got a "take it up the ***" loan.

 

i still have 2 semesters of collision repair then go back to finish business >_<

not like i have to have it paid off in 3 years, like i have to start paying it in 3 years. i can see where that was confusing.

 

ive already done my 2 stints of trades training, drafting cert, and aircraft structures tech cert. so ive dont it twice, beat that. its not all that bad, im one of those ppl who never study and my final marks are in the 90% range. ppl hate me for it cause i never have to try. whatcha taking pick?

 

At the moment:

-Spanish 4560 "Culture/Custom Spanish America"
-Spanish 4620 "Spanish Literature"
-Comp Lit 2010
and trying to get in Span 4770 "Hispanic Film & Culture"

~14 credit hours. Not too bad. I'll work from 1-9pm everyday... after about 6pm I'll be able to do my homework.

 

i start the 27th... ill be on for my "hardest semester yet"

 

i already make more money then a college graduate, so i said f*ck it to school.

 

what do you do and how much is "more than a college grad" to you?

 

$15/hr? I've thought about that... but then you really limit any advancement in jobs.

 

currently i make $18/hr for using a backhoe to dig trenches. with the new job im going to be starting next year is paying me $26/hr with four levels above that, that pays up to $32/hr but im also with the teamsters and the union, so im doing just dandy money wise, just dont wanna spend it. (saving up for a lotus)

 

lotus? meh.... save up for something even sweeter.

 

what could be sweeter then a full size go-kart with a supercharger?

eh, if it ends up having the problems that the 350z's have then i will skip on the new GTR.

 

Done with school.....did my time....never going back. 16 years was enough for me.
