Well my cousin has an electrical problem for shure on his 71 automatic 240Z wich he now swapwd in a MANUAL tranny ..... so the car ran... and now the problem is wiring. Semms to be we dont knoe what cables go where to the distibutor. MY 71 240z STICK only has THREE wires..... oh to the coil AREA and he has like..... 30 of them lol but only like 4 or 3 have power . NOW... the car cranks but does' not turn on. or gives symptoms or wanting to turn on. Is ther a diagram that someone can tell me about that shows the wiring for a 71 auto, 240z with a upgraded distributor to a 280z's ?

Or how i could search for it.

I have a dealer manual for a 76 280. It has wiring diagrams in it, not sure if I'd be the same, but i can copy it and send it to you. I would think it would be very similar. Wiring is a tough one. :-)

 

haha yeah my cousing's pissed cuz he has the whole car done. but he cant get the wiring done :P wich is an excrusiating experience :but idk we were thinking of just RETRACING the wires back to the ignition. and re do them from strachs their just THREE. its just the TIME :P
