A couple of days ago I bought a 240sx 60mm TB. I want to know, what are the mods that i have to do to make it work correctly?

bore the manifold neck & use a spacer to bring the tb out to the correct location. ya also gotta swap the lil ball from your stocker, over to the new one, to connect the linkage

coolant lines also need to be rerouted or the TB must have it's fittings modified to work with the L28 lines. And depending on which TB you've got, the throttle shaft may need to be trimmed or it will interfere with the manifold. I had to trim mine when I had it, and I opted to bypass the coolant passages and just plugged them and rerouted the hoses.
