I need help with after market HEADERS!!!

90 300zx na

So I installed after market headers into my Z. NOW I'M FOCKING PISSED!!!! and may this be a lesson to all of you who is about to attemt.

Now there are big differences between the oem headers and these is the locaction of the o2 sensors. But that Isn't the probem. When I install these there is the EGR tube that was connected and I had to pry it out. I did it install the headers but now the screws from the EGR tubes won't screws into the headers. I was able to jam it in but there are still leaks any one with any suggestions on how I can seal it? I bought the puddy but not sure if it can withstand the high temp. Please let me know. or any one with a similar situation please let me know.

Another question for you guys. Have any one ran there Z after installing an aftermarket intake or headers on the dyno? Personally i think any aftermarket intake is useless judging by the way that it was set up originally in the front of the engine away from hot air. I give Nissan two thumbs up for that. But any opinion would be appreciated if you have or haven't ran it on the dyno. Thanks.

dang man, never force threads. drill and tap, its easy, i've done a ton of it. way easier than drilling, pluging, drilling, then tapping. btw, i have an associates in precision machining, so i'll bust your ***** all day about proper threading, no offense.

i have stillen headers on my z the thing is you have to screw the egr tube on the header before bolting the header to the block if you dont the egr wont line up and it will give you alot of trouble and you will be pissed but to seal it you can buy some nissan sealent that sould work its orange and we use it at work to seal everything go to a nissan dalership and ask them for some nissan silicon it works great but i'm not 100 percent if it will work with the heat but i am 90 percent sure it will good luck

Yeah i tried lining it up but for some reason its still wouldn't screw in. Now im thinking that the threads is a lil different considering the facts that i had to do some other modification inorder to install it. I think these are pieces of shitz. I'll prolly check out the sealant.
