hey im a newb but um i was wondering what are the specs on a 1980 280zx 2 seater cause im looking at one and all and i was wondering if it might have a turbo or not cause some websites say yes and some say no so that be cool if you guys could help any

The 280zx with a turbo option was first available in 1981. In 1979 and '80, only a non-turbo was made.
It is possible that any 280zx has had a turbo engine swapped into it. you need to look at the driver's side of the engine and see if there is a big turbocharger hanging underneath the intake manifold.
1981-83 the turbo was an option on all 280ZX's. The 280ZX overall was made from 1979-83 only.
A general spec on power:
1979-80 non-turbo 135hp
1981-83 non-turbo 145hp
1981-83 turbo 180hp
