I think that would defeat the purpose of having the forum split into S30, S130, Z31/2/3 sections... Maybe you mean something else?

no, it just seems like all of those "help me my car isnt starting" threads are clogging everything up.

or atleast something like a tool shed forum (like on hybridz) where all the retarded threads can be moved and locked away, so we can read them later and laugh our asses off.

i was going to suggest general Z topics, its kinda hard to ask what parts work on other cars when your limited to specific models, unless you ***** the thread all over creation.

i also see at the bottom it says "Members: 7,508" i am sure a low percentage of them (i.e. us) are acually active, mabe a through douching of old non used accounts. it will help if things ever take off again and we have alot of activity here.

Anyone else notice the ZDriver site is going slow as poo these days? I don't think it's my connection, because it does the same at home & at work. I'll click on a thread link, and it will just sit there.

Also... the SEARCH feature still doesn't accept 3 letter words.

Silvrhand... you still around?

Any reason the calendar feature only goes to 12-31-2006?

That "could" be, and I may be mistaken, because it only goes up to 2006... Kinda useless at this point, don't ya think?

oh. i got one. how about a refresh every few minutes so that when you're just keeping the site open in a window and looking for something to come up, you don't have to refresh it all the time. but the problem with that is if you're typing a post and it refreshes, you loose it. so if you could overcome that, that would be awesome.

wow, you sound more addicted to this site than me.

Just hit your refresh button or close the browser and come back later.

Having to hit that refresh button or "new posts" link is such a drag.

yeah, it is a drag when i'm on dorm room internet. i want it to be done when i get there! so i don't have to wait for it! but anyway, my new forum does it, and it works great except for the deleting whatever you're typing occasionally.

Is it just me, or do email notifications not work here? I've never received one.

The email notification works if you have it activated...

Go to User CP, then to Edit Options. You can choose your notifications. Also make sure your email address is correct / up to date. I get "Return to sender" emails all the time from users w/ non-working emails.
