can you just take a turbo off a zxt and add it to a na?....

no. There are a few other mods that must be done:
Driver's side exhaust manifold
Crossmember and mounts for engine
intake plumbing
ecu (possibly wire harness)
Oil/water line running to turbo
those are all I think of now. Also you would probably have top run a min. 91 octane to prevent detonation because the n/a has a compression ratio of like 9:1 while the turbo is 7.5:1 (i think)
