So here's the back story because I know this sounds like some bad Craigslist scam. The car is in Baltimore, Maryland, near where I used to live. I am now in school in California and my friend was keeping the car for me until it got towed away. I don't have the money to spare to pull it out since I probably won't be able to work on it for the next 5 years or more, so either it gets scrapped on the 12th, or somebody pays the fee to get it out and I send them the title. As of today (May 29th), the fee is about $426, and it will go up 8 dollars a day.

The car:
-1983 280zx Turbo recently rebuilt, 0 miles on it
-manual trans
-gutted interior
-definitely not falling apart, but it's lived on the east coast so rust is present
-not running due to recent 300zx ECU swap to accommodate the 300zx air sensor. When I left it was running at about 300 rpms :/
-The reason it's mid project is because I left for school right after we finished building the engine and only got to work on it when I came home from school. The pictures below of it without an engine are just so you can see the condition of the car.
I know it wouldn't be hard to make the money back parting it out, you would just have to be willing to pick it up and put in the time. Last condition is that you can't be super shady, if I'm going to be mailing you the title to my car I want to know they it's going to a good home (even if that means it gets parted out, as long as it goes to help other Z's). Please somebody save it from being scrapped
