I'm swapping the engine in my 83 280zx NA. I would like to sell the original engine before I get the new one.

From my craigslist ad: I do not now how many miles are on the engine. I bought the car with approximately 180k miles on it and the previous owner insisted that he had rebuilt it at 140k miles. Since I purchased the car the odometer has at times not functioned at all, and when it did function it was reading between 1.1 and 1.5miles for every actual mile. I couldn't begin to guess what the actual mileage is. The engine runs strong and when I parked it to begin the restoration of the car it didn't misfire and had no problems starting cold. It does leak oil and a very small amount of fuel from a fuel line. Really just enough to smell it. Now that the car and the fuel has been sitting for 2 years it is misfiring a little and running a little rough but it still starts up great.

Engine is now removed from the car. Make an offer. Need to get this thing out of the garage.
