Unhappy Selling my '83 Celica

Well I got an offer last night from my Dad. That if I sold my Celica to my brother, I would only owe him less than $2k. So I am going to sell my Celica for $2500. And I should be debt free within a few months. Woo hoo!! But I will miss one of the most dependable cars, I have ever owned. Not saying my 280zx isn't dependable. But I am sure he has some bugs to work out yet.

Anyway how this came to be was my younger brother's Honda tranny conked out on him. And he needs another car right now. And my dad was thinking of me, and having my Celica sit. So he gave me the offer, and I accepted it. So tomorrow my brother is coming by to get the title notarized.

Oh I know I will Rod, it is just the fact it has been a great car to me. Granted my Z, will always be my favorite car. And also sold my Celica for $1800, because of the things my dad has to do it. Then I told him, you know just forget about it. Give me the title back, and go find another car. Then he started saying okay, and I said fine. But then we agreed on the price, and I still have the credit card debt taken care of. Plus his labor he had done on the car when I got it. So now, I have a bunch of car manuals to it. And a brand new power antennae, I can sell. It is bad enough, I gave up my Grant wheel, that costs over $100. But since I went to Bride wheels, Grants are a thing of the past. Anyway that is all on the car. Just wanted to vent a little.
