Hey I am going to build an off-road bug or ghia, I need one that is 65' or older that is not running. I want to build somthing like the black bug but look as good as the red one. the only thing is that the red one has dual A-arms instead of the dual torsion bars. post your pics of unusual off-road cars or vws

 

I plan on using a 4 cyl. 2.3L turbo t-bird or mustang motor, 86'-87' models have the best turbo. there is also a conversion to put a z motor on a VW tranny but that would be a little long. I will post the site that makes the motor adaptors to the vw tranny
