Will Wheel Adapters pass tech inspection?

Will Wheel Adapters pass tech inspection?
Does anyone know if the use of wheel adapters (to use +42 offset wheels) will pass tech inspection before going out on an AutoX or road course? Or is it something they would consider "unsafe"?

Wheel spacers
We've been using 1 inch wheel spacers for a couple years on the F Prapared car without a problem.
But they were custom made and bolt directly to the hub - then the wheel is bolted to the spacer.
