I think the reason people tend to disappear is that Datsun's starts out more popular with younger guys because it's still affordable and as they get older, they move towards newer/expensive cars or higher priced, greater "valued" collector cars.

Maybe one day, Datsuns will be auctioned alongside & valued with the same appeal and monetary value as classic Corvettes... but it's not there yet.

i talked to skully a bit ago, hes doing o.k. he goes home to visit family and work on the z car, i dont know when it will be ready. lost vegaz has been at hybridz, but i dont know how much. i had wrecked phone number, but after i sold him the canadian cluster, he dissapeared. gypz is fine, she posts on myspace all the time, dont know about her z's tho. and zedzilla lives 20 minutes from me, ill have to phone him and bug him, he really has to get it running so he can attend my meet! maybe i should help.

 

Wow I read that whole thread. And I am more confused and bewildered. Than I was, before I read it. I don't know who to believe. Because I can't really stand to watch the news. Reason being....I don't believe everything I read or hear. Mostly....because a lot of things on the news, are for ratings. That is what I think about it. All aside... I am not saying he is innocent or guilty by any means. Just putting in my 2 cents, and thanks for posting that thread. And there sure was, a lot off topic bashing in there. lol Which a lot of it, had little to do with the topic on the thread. Go figure.

Anyway from what I gathered about Mark. I thought he was a pretty cool individual. With the nicest Z31 300zx, I have ever seen. Granted that is irelevent, to the case at hand. And you can't really know somebody, from what they input on the web. It is just sad, that all this has happened. You could never pay me enough, to be on a jury. I would just waste everybody's time anyway. Because I would not make a decision. I would never feel comfortable. Deciding someone's fate, no matter who it is. I just don't feel, it is my place. And I will openly admit that fact.
