well, after 4 long years i am finally out of the navy! now i can move on to bigger better things, like another z (and college i guess)! I'm driving from San Diego back to WA sometime next week, and the z gets to play moving van (if the z31 has anything over the z32 its caro space for sure ) I'm stopping in Chico, Ca and Vancouver, Wa. Any suggestions on anything else i should check out on the way? Last time i did the drive i was in a little bit of a hurry (and a little north of the speed limit ) but now i have all the time i want to take and want to enjoy the trip.

 

If you're taking I-5 all the way, then you'll almost drive by my house. Depending on when you're cruisin' through and what my schedule is like, we should try to meet up.

 

i dont have a planned route or timeframe yet, ive done the I-5 and was thinking of the 101 this time for part of the way, but we'll see. i'd love to see how the tt is coming together.

 

Dood, congrats on getting out and paying your dues. If you pass thru Acton on your way north (it's on hwy 14 south of palmdale), wave as you go by. Or if you want, I'll buy you a drink at our local redneck bar.... you could take angeles crest hwy east to the 15. Or there's some fantastic roads over to the 101 from my place.

We just found out that a close family friend is shipping off to fallujah for 7 months (or longer?).
