Yeah Happy Birthday Rod, and hope you enjoy your special day. I don't much look forward to b-day's anymore. But I feel young, how about you? Anyway hope yours is a great one, and drink one for me.

Thanks everybody! Actually, I spent the entire weekend sick as a dog... Not a lot of fun there. But, Trevor Hoffman set the all time MLB save record for my (first place) Padres today, so it was pretty cool!

and i know what you mean rod i was sick for my birthday the past 2 years (this last one wiht serious case of mono) and the one before that i was grounded...and i was sick on christmas 2 yeasr ago also which is only 21 days after my B-day....

Haha, I remember my last b'day a few mos. ago ... went to visit my mom in Port St. Lucie. She went to bed about 1AM, so I hooked up my laptop, couldn't get a connection, checked the phone line (dead), dialed 911 to see if the call would go through (dead). So, I went out on the patio to chill and drink a beer. A few mins. later, 2 cops approached me and asked if I had called 911. OMG! I had to explain what happened, then they questioned me about my mom (still asleep) as if she's the one who called and I was abusing her or something. LOL! Mom got a good laugh when I told her the next morning.
