Possible promotion
Well, my current manager is moving out of the area, so his job has come available; which means that I have the opportunity to take over his job. This is a huge opportunity for me. The interview was today. I think I did well. I've known that he was going to be leaviong for about the last month, so I've had time to prepare. I think the preparation may have paid off. The decision should be made within the next week or so. It's kinda weird.....this is the 1st time in my life that I have ever gone into an interview thinking, 'I really want this job.'
BUT GOOD LUCK EITHER WAY!!!!

Woohoo! I go it! I found out Friday afternoon. Where's that damn happydance smilie? It sounds like I start 3/15. Best thing is I work out of the same as I have been for the past 1.5 years. I basically have the same job of selling mortgages, but now I'll a have a staff of people under me (5-6 people). It's still a commission only position, but now I'll make my own commission and I'll make commission off of the people that work for me. Huge potential.
