i feel bad for the people in the top end of the state, they are just getting ****ed over by the bottom end....
mabe something will come of it, it'll seperate and the state of jefferson will acually become a reality

incase your wondering the state of jefferson was an idea to split southern oregon and nothern california off their parent states to make a 51st state, biggest push was in 1941 although back then it wouldnt have been the 51st state (as there werent 50 states yet) there had been a lesser push for a new state earlier than 1941 but in 1941 people acually stopped drivers before entering the "state" to notify them of such happening.
the one thing i know for sure is if the state of jefferson was to become a reality, it would be the first and only state to legalize weed, theres TONS of weed in southen oregon and northern california.

at one time it Medford was to be the capital of the state but i think Redding would be a better pick since in 1941 the area picked for the state of jefferson was alot smaller than whats on the site now
