I am the "Charge of Quarters" right now. I worked all day. (I am the Shop Office NCOIC) and then I came here and will be up till 0900 when they say go home. I go home, sleep for 3 hours or so and then go work on the Z. We dont have weekends right now. We are stuck working 7 days a week. So the only day I get off is the day after duty.

 

there's a song about that......."yer in the army now...yer not behind a plow....ya'll never get rich by diggin a ditch.....yer in da army now....etc. yeah, like i said--my dad was army a wwwaaaayyyyy long time ago--had no fun in germany. had to duck a lot. so, you have responsibility AND a Z??? isn't that some kind of OXYMORON???? esp at the age of only 25??? dog,did i have energy at 25!!!!!! then, i had a kid when i was 25. whew.

i BEEN growed up--now it's time to play--the kid's grown and gone--the perfect kind of kid--and he has a kid--so i'm so safe--and they are in a different part of the so west--and i have a boat for going away(sailboat) and i have 3 z31's, and other items of superficial responsibility--so, now, when things are finite, it's time to have fun while da bod says ok-go for it--juist prior to breaking. can't redline so much--but tht yellow zone is ok, too.
