Need refried bean dip recipie for Saturday Night X-Mas Party!
Whoa!
Gotta cook for Saturday night, and all I can think of is bringing chips, and mixing up a bean dip (refried beans) and cheese. Brain dead tonight, but what else should I have for the dip, and what porportions?
I am thinking maybe sour cream, gualamoli, olives, and some type of greens. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Will check back around 2 PM. PST - on Saturday the 18 TH.

I know this is a little late, but I make an awesome 5-layer dip.
Get a packet of Spicy-Taco Mix (Schilling ans Lawry's make them).
1 lb of ground beef. (Follow the directions on the taco Mix).
Once the beef is done, spread it evenly on the bottom of a large Pyrex dish. Spread 16ozs of sour cream over the beef. Spread 24 ozs of Guacamole over the Sour cream. Pour approx 24 ozs of your favorite Slasa over the top of the guacamole. Sprinkle 16 ozs of Kraft Mexican Style shredded cheese over the top of the salsa. Done!
If you like it really spicy, you can dice one jalapeno and sprinkle it over the beef.
Enjoy.
