ok--kiddies--let's start with 1-15 and work on this with a window until groundhog day. if it is raining, as long as it is not too windy or coming down hard, is ok--lite rain is cool--we can always find an indoor place to sit and talk until a break co0mes up--it does very rarely rain solid here,so almost any day is good. it is a start for a trend vs just another weird z meet...would love to meet as many as possible--so we have a window open for the largest group. that way is most fun. we have time to workout the details, whatever day is best for most---kicking around dates is a good idea--i am available nearly all the time, because, on disability, i ain't got no life, as it were, so i can flex.

ah, but, honey, my replacement daily driver isn't back until then, that's why i figgered on jan. i think my AE needs still more stuff-- i found today many of the parts are held on with 3 or 4 bolts fewer than original design--oops--so more work before i can drive it more than just for show--don't wanna wreck it just yet. so, first week in jan?? first weekend or second??

the only thing keeping a bunch of fuel from shooting into my eye is a little drywall screw, the only thing keeping the fuel from shooting onto the dizzy is a damn zip-tie, then i think you should be able to manage with a couple missing screws...

yeah, it does get failry cold down here in winter, you best bet would be before it rains, when it rains here, it poors. and since theres no where for it to go, it makes puddles, but if you avoid the rain you should be good weather wise.

highway 86 has gotten faster, took my freinds bike through there and topped it out without worrying about traffic or cops..

i usually end up in that area when i get"lost" on the way back or to san felipe or other places--rancho something, for a seminar--there are some nice back roads in the strangest places in california--i also enjoy cruising aoong on the levee roads in the delta area, martinez to stockton/modesto. manteca on back roads--up around columbia--china camp--sonora--knights ferry--cool places--nice drives.

fun drives, there is a nice little curvy, banked road that was closed down some years ago and then they built a new road, so now its just an empty road that i like to take when im bored..
