kool--theme--perhaps a tech session and ----? so, if enough people show up it could be fun--even 2 or 3 could be fun--meet and swap Z info, and if there's still a slicktop hanging around the park, someone who is "needy"--or should i say "wanty" of piglet will drive her to her new home-----and we all learn something and even party a little?? a lot??

i still bet my piglet will win all the oogliest z31 contests going--but runs sweet. and dry seats in the rain.

It's a common problem on Z32TTs, my timing belt tensioner is faulty which causes the belt to squek when it's cold. It goes away, but it's just annoying for a couple of seconds every now and then. It's got a pretty new T-belt, so I'm just gonna wait and deal with it.

i just kinda realised something here, even if you found a way to eliminate the need to replace the timing belt, you would still have to go in there and replace the water pump, plugs, tensioner...etc, but you would still save your self ALOT of time..

piglet is a manual 5 spd na slicktop. driver's seat is in need of rebuild--engine needs rebuild in 40k miles--has blowby. runs very well--got me 10 tix in 1 1/2 years--if all ya want is speed, she has it--but she is getting verrry tired and needs to be torn down and refreshed. then she'll be good for another 300k miles, if treated well. her body is NOT pretty and does need work unless all the good stuff goes into a different body--that's a lot of work. she has done me well over the past 3 years i've owned her--commuted to L A and back for 1 1/2 years--every week to LA for work then around the city and back--about 500 miles per week of commute time only, plus my running around sd on the days i didn't work--so she worked hard for me--i got my money's worth out of her, and she helped me make a lot of money working, so i must not junk her just because i cannot afford to pump more dough into her. and she is of limited value imn replacing parts on my 2 turbo z31s, so, that's why i will find her a new home. i hope the responders from 300zxc will also be interested in this meet/party idea--why do z peeps need to be so aloof from each other--just because they get their info from other sources which are the same as ours?? so we will have a happening, as was asaid in the 60's and 70's (early)-----
