at least in caLIFORNIA THERE IS THE bar TO REPORT BAD WORK ANFD MEDIATE THE REPAIRS AFTER THE BUSINESS MESses oops the car beyond recognition..........not that it helps, much, but i have watched shops close for their foul practices, thanks to 'em.........
