...Nickleback's "photograph". Very suggestive. Good tune! Listen to the words, and you'll like it...

Especially the older guys...

I did like it, until they played it so many friggin' times. I got sick of it, but before that, it was a decent song. I swear the radio sucks sometimes, with overplaying a song too much.

i like old old old nickleback, pre-how you remind me. I like their old old old song Leader of Men.

But yes that photograph is very suggestive and I have noticed it. I've also notices how they've overplayed every Nickleback song since how you remind me

you've identified your first problem, you listen to the radio.
I avoid the radio for the most part. I might listen to the radio as a last resort for boredom. Keeps all the songs fresh for me lol.

you mean people still us that ancient technology of transmitting sound frequencies over FM wave lengths for the enjoyment of music in ones automobile? WOW! And to think, all this time I've been using my mp3 player Radio doesnt just play songs out, but they play so much whack crap it's not worth the effort to seek through the stations. I gave up on radios just after the turn of the century.

And not all Nickelback is bad. I've got 'Photograph' in my playlist Carl

I never listen to the radio, or watch mtv, etc.... why do that with 20gb of mp3s at your fingertips

I have heard like 2 songs from Nickelback, I think this was one of em....it was pretty good.

I don't listen to "traditional" radio much anymore either. I have XM Sat/Rad (Which totally kicks azz) in my Z and an MP3 player so...

Rod.

Oh yeah,
I almost forgot the whole point of the thread...

I can relate to the song,
I liked Them for about 3 days in 2001 until they got WAY overplayed,
and...
NickleBack Sucks.

I'm telling you, look up their song Leader Of Men. It's their best song IMO. It's also some of their very early work. I'm not a fan of Nickleback, but this song rocks (listening to it right now)

I like some of their songs. As for commercial radio, it sucks. This is the reason I bought Sirius stock long before they even went on the air. I'm waiting for someone to invent commercial-free pay TV. Oh wait, somebody already did. They called it "cable TV" when I was a kid.

so, in fitting my boat with the most practical and space saving and best sounding equipment that is able to receive or produce sounds of my own choosing--not someone else's idea of enjoyable music--when i wanna hear blues, man, i wanna hear BLUES--what should i install/obtain/purchase/?

right now i have a car stereo mounted in my main saloon and 2 poor quality speakers--someone blew, prolly listening to easy lissnin helevator music while doing varnish at the dock--way long time before i bought this boat.

Hmmm, Nickleback ... I've heard the name, but don't recognize the song. Is there a music clip link somewhere?

On the right side of the page is a little video/sound player. Just click play. Its poor quality so it'll load up quick

Or: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Za_xgYogSfg for the whole video (but if you're on dial up that one might take a bit)

Oh, thanks, J! I've never heard that song before, but, then again, me a dance and rap kinda girl. Nickelback sounds similar to Hootie and the Blowfish to me.
