Needs work.
All work done since I have bought it has documentation to go along with it.
Only available for pickup. If you want to bring a trailer and pick it up that is fine with me. I cannot, repeat, CANNOT ship it myself.
I might come off as a little stringent but since I have no income so shipping it myself is not an option.
