Odd question, but any difference between Pathy headers and z31 headers?

Odd question, but any difference between Pathy headers and z31 headers?
Hey all! New here, be nice haha
Just curious, does anyone know if aftermarket Pathfinder exhaust headers are any different from Z31 Headers? Either by the dimensions, or design.
I figure that the Pathfinder has more room in the engine bay.
This is actually in reference to my 88 200sx SE. It's not a common motor doe that car so I thought I'd talk to the folks who know the VG30E a little better.
Just wondering if those headers would work without having to mod them. (Using Z31 headers, just one tube has to be modified to make it fit around the steering gear.
